Welcome to Artisan Park
We are a unique enclave of Celebration, tucked away in the middle of a wooded conservation area at the end of Celebration Avenue, but still included in all Celebration has to offer.
There are parks, boardwalks through the woods (one of which leads to the high school), bike trails, lakes, a bocce ball court, a large outdoor athletic field, and an outdoor amphitheater, perfect for hosting events. Artisan Park features the same diverse range of properties as the rest of Celebration, including condo units and townhomes. Many of the homes in Artisan Park were custom built by ISSA and set on large well manicured lots. There are both homeowners and renters and all ages are welcome here.
Without a doubt, the centerpiece of Artisan Park is the magnificent clubhouse, with every amenity, including a lovely family restaurant, a well stocked bar, comprehensive fitness center, beautiful patio with BBQ facilities, and of course, the large salt water swimming pool, which is geothermal heated all year long. There is also a large hot tub, children's corner, and billiards room for your enjoyment. Conference facilities are available for all of our members as well.
Whether it’s a casual lunch or an afternoon or evening cocktail with hors d’oeuvres, the clubhouse is the place to be. It is the gathering place where friends and family meet to share their tales of daily adventures and lively life events.

Artisan Parks is one of several "service areas" in Celebration. The Artisan Park Service Area, including the clubhouse, is managed on a daily basis by Evergreen Lifestyles Management, separate from CCMC the company hired to manage the majority of Celebration.
Bill McFadden (General Manager) and Jacob Waddle (Assistant Manager) are Evergreen employees managing the daily operations of the Artisan Park Clubhouse. Mandy Morgan is the Evergreen Regional Manager for Central Florida.
The Artisan Park Committee (APC) is a subcommittee of the Celebration Resident Owners Association (CROA) which is the overall homeowners' association for Celebration. Five (5) Artisan Park homeowners are elected to the APC to represent homeowners' interests in the Service Area including the clubhouse. The APC is responsible for establishing the overall goals and policies for the Club and Service Area.
The current members are:
Sara Mumey - Committee Chair
Tania Filak - Committee Co-Chair
Matthew Luttinger - Committee Member
Ken Fitzpatrick - Committee Member
__________ - Committee Secretary
The APC meets on the first Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. in the clubhouse Multi-Purpose Room. These meetings are open to Artisan Park homeowners. We encourage you to attend these meetings as you will know what is happening in the Service Area that may affect you.
There is a homeowners comment period at the beginning of each meeting when homeowners can express concerns or ask questions so long as they do not exceed 3 minutes. There are 3 subcommittees of the APC. These are comprised of volunteers from the community. They cover Finances, Maintenance, Special Events and Lifestyles. Anyone can apply to join the subcommittees, and the meetings are open to Artisan Park homeowners.
*** IMPORTANT NOTE, THE APC IS SEPARATE AND DISTINCT FROM THE ARTISAN PARK CONDO BOARD AND THE PARKVIEW TOWN HOME COMMITTEE***
APC Meeting Agendas and background information in APC members' meeting packets are available on the website. To access the background information, scroll down below the agenda.
In addition, the agendas are posted on the front door of the clubhouse.
There are regular e-mails sent out weekly to club members notifying them of club events, special happenings and dinner specials.
APC elections are staggered so three (3) members are elected one year, and two (2) the next year. Elections are held at the end of each calendar year, and results announced at the annual meeting in December. Ballots and election information are sent to each household well before the election, including instructions for electronic voting and early voting. Homeowners are entitled to vote once for each property owned.
Homeowners are given an opportunity to indicate if they have interest in running for the APC. Business and management experience are a plus, but they are not required.
